Quality Visits with Minimally Responsive or Memory Impaired Patients
K.C. Anson, Crossroads Hospice Volunteer Patient Visitor
These activity sheets can be used with patients of all abilities. They are great for small groups and memory care patients also. They are easily modified and provide great reminiscing cues. If a patient is unable to dialogue, these are great monologues. When I give these to patients and residents, I attach a seasonally appropriate pencil painting picture and a word puzzle. New Sheets will be posted here as I put them together.
